Will not stay here again. Didn’t feel safe in this area, not the cleanest hotel, the lock on our door didn’t work correctly & the man at the desk didn’t want to give us extra towels. Very dated and needs a reno- toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall and the whole room just felt dirty. Disappointing!

Great value and convenient location.
Nothing to complain about it was a great value. Spent the day at Hershey park with family. Checked in around 10pm and checked out 9 am the next morning. Plenty of parking and very easy access from the highway at night. Slept great without any issues. Breakfast was nice in the morning with plenty of seating. I usually visit the area yearly and will definitely stay again.

The parking lot smelled terrible both when we arrived and left. Smelled like garbage or spoiled food. The lobby was clean and staff at check in/out were friendly and attentive. The elevator smelled and the down button on floor two did not work. The room was disappointing. The carpet was actually sticky in a spot between the two beds. The room was overall outdated including the bathroom in the room. The tv was very small maybe a 32 inch at most, smallest hotel room tv I’ve seen in a while. Comforter on one of the beds was stained. The AC worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. WiFi was slow in the room…even streaming YouTube was hard. This was my first time at a LaQuinta and I will not be back based on my experience.

The room was dirty. There were bugs in the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom door did not latch or lock, not even the option to latch/lock. There was makeup (I hope it was makeup!!) on the top of the bedspread and underside of the bedspread. It was clearly not clean. We checked out about 8 hrs after checking in, didn't even spend the night. The person that checked us out had nothing to say, no apology, no offer to "make it right", handed my husband the receipt and walked away.

The only good things about this hotel was that the location for us was very good and the water pressure was good and hot. The bad was the elevator smelled TERRIBLE, like mildew. The carpet in the hallway was very dirty and needs replacing. When we asked for 2 extra towels we were told that we needed to bring our used ones for clean ones. We'll NEVER stay at this hotel again!!!

This hotel had an odd odor in the elevator and hallway. Our room had multiple cobwebs and spiders. The sheer curtains had black mold all along the hem as the air conditioner blew through them. The neighborhood was sketchy. My husband went for a short walk around the hotel and was stopped and questioned by a police officer on patrol as they have had lots of calls to the area. We have stayed at other La Quintas that we have enjoyed but this was definitely sub par.

Elevator had a very bad smell to it. Had to spray perfume in it every time I got in. Absolutely no housekeeping. The laundry was closed. The pool was closed. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was good.

The air in the area was terrible smelling. And the room itself was stuffy and ac didnt work so we couldn't get relief from it. Water from tap was gross and room was very aged. But the guy at service desk was amazing. Very polite and attentive. I would go back only because of that! And how great they were with pet policy.
