Friendly staff disgusting room.

Literally had human waste in the shower. Cant make this up. Holes in the curtains covering the windows. Hotel was NOT clean. Cockroaches were definitely present however the Staff was friendly. You gey what you pay for. Cheap hotel is a cheap hotel but standards exist.

Infested with Cockroaches

Check in process was no problem, but the room was infested with cockroaches. We left after about 30 min. in the room. We were told we would have to seek a refund through Hotels.com. There was no way to seek a refund on your website, but I did contact the hotel through your website. I am hoping to get a least a partial refund, as we had to find another hotel to stay that night.
