Treehouse
Property needs to have address over garage and outside lights not working. Very difficult to find in the dark with no address. Property discription should include that kitchen and bathroom countertops are chest high.

Amazing views!
We came from Oklahoma for a BYU football game and made a weekend of it. This spot was 15 minutes from lots of great food options. And we found many fantastic hiking trails. The best we did was by Big Springs Park - the 4 mile loop was beautiful!

Lovely riverside home
The home is in an older neighborhood but is fairly well updated with all needed amenities. Entry was by code into the garage but would have been more convenient if a garage door opener was provided. The countertops in kitchen and baths are extremely tall. Stools were provided which helped shorter folks access sinks, etc. Not too big of a deal but we also did not cook in, other than making sandwiches. The patio area is right off the Provo river which is very relaxing and also has a hot tub and fire pit. We didn't utilize this space but if we'd have stayed longer this would have been a nice area to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings.

Backyard Oasis
This home was great for our stay -- both upstairs bedrooms had private baths, comfy beds (our room was so quiet and restful that we slept later than we have in years), lots of places to enjoy some time away from others if needed, well stocked kitchen, responsive owner -- but the highlight for us was the back patio next to the brook. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this property to all.

Provo Canyon “Treehouse”
This home is located in Provo Canyon, with beautiful Mountain views and a creek running right through the backyard. My kids loved splashing in the cool water, the backyard is a very peaceful place with the big green trees and sounds of birds chirping and the creek water flowing. We made use of the BBQ and firepit for s’mores a couple of nights, there is a hot tub too but we never used it since it was so warm outside. The inside of the home is clean and spacious - it’s bigger than it looks from the outside. I loved the views of the mountains and trees, it really does feel like you’re in a tall treehouse. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the nugget ice machine. The only quirky thing about the house is that the counter heights are very tall, but there are step stools in the kitchen and bathrooms to help shorties reach the sinks/cupboards. We loved the location, walking distance to Victoria Park (two other beautiful parks are a short drive up the road), a few minutes from Bridal Veil Falls, less than 10 minutes to Sundance, and only about 45 minutes to Park City where we rode the Mountain Coaster (such a thrill)!

Perfect for our visit
We were in town for two of our daughters sports camps at BYU so I wanted to be close but also in the mountains so we could experience some of the beauty of this area. This location was perfect. We were close enough and just far enough. Access to the Provo River Trail was perfect. South Fork Park Was beautiful and we went up there a couple times and we were able to gather as a family on multiple occasion along the creek right at the back of the property. The home was clean and in great condition. My family left asking if we could come back again.

Streamside Paradise for Tall People
We loved the grill, the stream, the hot tub, and the amazing Bose sound system for movies. Seriously… such great amenities! There were a couple of quirks but the property was so endearing that they were easy to overlook but maybe just a quick mention… You may want to consider BYOP (bring your own pillows) as the ones provided were flat as pancakes. Next, you will be in awe of how short you feel next to any of the cabinets throughout. I’ve never had cabinets that were level with my chest. Washing hands or brushing your teeth? Step stools provided so you can reach. Splashing water on your face? Super easy as you barely have to bend your knees. Lastly, for the love of all things holy, do NOT walk into the back bedroom without shoes on. Trust me. There is a bunk ladder that will eat your toes. Every. Single. Time. Plus, keep an eye on those step stools, too. They are like garden gnomes, I swear because they seem to move and eat your toes as well. The chaise right outside the master bedroom is brilliant. You will love reading there. The pebble ice maker was also a huge hit - one of those things that makes you rethink your whole life about why you’ve never invested in one. Seriously, spot on addition that I have to clear counter space for in my own house now. Such a cool little neighborhood and close enough for Grubhub and Uber Eats delivery! We recommend Arempas for some killer empanadas. Perfect way to spend our 25th anniversary. I’m gonna go ice my toes now.

Terrific location, spacious yet cozy
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Although the house is a little bit away from shops and restaurants, the views are spectacular and the area was peaceful and quiet. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out inside and I imagine a family twice the size of ours would too. Soaking in the hot tub after a long day of hiking was the best.

Beautiful cabin with great scenery
Location is great. It feels secluded but is barely over 10 minutes away from grocery stores & gas stations. The stream in the back is peaceful and hot tub/fire pit worked well and are a perfect addition. As other mentioned, the counter tops and vanity’s are comically tall but absolutely functional. Would book again in the future.

Perfect getaway
We loved our stay here! It was a beautiful cabin setting and a terrific home base for our adventures in the canyon. Well furnished and comfortable for all three generations among us, we could spread out across the three floors and patio or gather all together in the family room. The kids loved the access to the nearby playground and we all loved the Provo River trail. We’ll be back!

Great place for Tall People and Wildlife viewing
This place was very nice. Kitchen was great. However, the counters are chest height. I'm 5'7" and my husband and son are 5'10". They've got step stools at every sink, so it works, and it was pretty entertaining. Wasn't a issue for me, and would be amazing if you're over 6'. If you're closer to 5', you may want to think twice. We were homebound a lot more than planned due to terrible weather. However, wildlife viewing was great (Elk and Mule Deer), could watch them right out the windows! This was one of my highlights. Bring your binoculars! It was really nice to have the hot tub, great amenity! The snow was pretty high, so it was hard to see the creek, but it could be seen if you made an effort. W/o the couple feet of snow, would be no problem and would be so amazing! The neighbors are really close and the road is super narrow - not fitting 2 cars side-by-side. Fortunately we didn’t have issues. And other than the neighbor dog and chickens it was a quiet neighborhood. Also note due to the 3 levels, there is a lot of stairs and a different climate on each level regardless of where the thermostats are set. About 6-8 degrees different each level. There are a few maintenance items that could be taken care of, but not deal breakers. This was a very nice place and a great location! Close to so many places! I just wish we had better weather to go see all the amazing places and hike all the great trails. We walked to Bridal Veil Falls from the house and that was so great.

We loved our stay here. There are so many highlights from our visit: There are amazing views of South Fork canyon from the third story. Lots of bright, natural light from the many large windows. A full kitchen with every cooking utensil provided. Firm but comfortable primary bedroom mattress. Easy to use jacuzzi! I thought the living room was very comfortable and easy to relax in. We got a lot of reading in during our days and some fun movies using their smart tv during the evenings. Doordash, Uber Eats, etc all deliver here. It was nice because we felt like we were secluded but also had the convenience of the city. The perfect getaway! We'll definitely be returning in the future.

Lovely location, amazing home, needs better pest control
The photos on the website don't do this place justice. The home is beautiful and the views from the 3rd floor windows are just spectacular. Whether it was relaxing in the hot tub, reading a book on the 3rd floor landing, or making s'mores by the fire pit, we really enjoyed being here. The only issue was insects - they were all over. I let the property management know the night we checked in, after finding insects in our bed; they acknowledged the afternoon of the next day, but didn't take any action while we were there. We ended up sleeping in the loft space. It may be that time of year (spring) but for the quality of home, the number of insects was unacceptable.
