After reading some beautiful reviews we’d hoped to have one of the modernly updated rooms. We opened the door to a pleasing scent of Mr. Clean and hoped. It was not to be. Instead we had an uncomfortable night trying to stay off the floor since the rug was very dirty. The tub grout and caulking need to see a scrub brush and the bathroom heater is rusting from not having a fan remove moisture. I don’t mind dated if dated is sparkling clean. I was told I had the best room on that side of the building. Too bad.

An exceptional budget accommodation motel. Very friendly and efficient management. Spacious clean, quiet updated room and bathroom. On a 3 week trip this property was the best that we stayed in. Will return.

Just disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. Staff were great the 2 women that I seen. One when I was checking in and one when I checking out. You just drop key in bucket when you leave because you pay for room on arrival so I did not say anything.

It’s decent motel, bed was really comfortable, small and cozy room size, reasonably priced- the only disappointment was they have no offerings of food or drinks whatsoever, only the continental breakfast. Besides that it’s overall good nights stay 👍

Good place to stay
It is a great place to stay, central to what one needs in Truro and just off the highway. Plus there is a gas station and Tim's across the road. The units are decent, the people that run it are nice, and I would stay again
