Hotel main lobby was nice & clean - however our hotel room toilet didn’t work. We checked in on Saturday after noon only in the room to change quick.. the toilet wasn’t working so we left front desk know she said someone would come up. We returned between 8-8:30 toilet was still not fixed. We had to go down stairs every time someone needed to use the bathroom and we were traveling with young kids. I called down again they said someone would be up. . Next morning I called at 6am still no one to come fix it. . The toilet was not fixed out whole trip.. we had to go down stairs every time with 3 kids when ever we had to use the restroom. Very poor customer service
