Right off the freeway so that is convenient. The water in the pool was pretty cold. Breakfast was good. Room was OK. A little noisy with the freeway right there. Staff seemed disengaged. Elevators are barely working long waits

The room was not well appointed. We had to call down for additional towels as there were only two sets for two adults. The hair dryer only worked on the low setting and it had something sticky all over it. I declined to use it. Breakfast was mediocre at best and the orange juice was water. For an “executive“ hotel with room rates hovering around 300 per night, this is definitely substandard. On the good side, the bed was comfortable.

Seems only one of the elevators was working and at times moved very slow, felt stuck at one point, the Internet on the 6th floor was weak, I made a call to customer service and they said it was acting up and would be back strong soon, it never did, I rented the room for 5 days. Other than those 2 issues everything was good.

The only problem at this hotel was the wait for the elevator. . Only one elevator was working and it also had issues. I waited sometimes over 5 minutes for the elevator to make up its mind to come up or down to the floor I was on.

I came to the best western expecting a decent stay. Unfortunately, when I turned down the sofa bed I found a disgusting discovery, what looked like urine and poop stains as well as cookies and crumbs on a “made bed”. I showed the front desk person and He offered changing the sheets, I refused because who knows how the mattress looks under that bedding. So he moved my room to a double bed for the night and said I would have to move again in the morning. I told him I would need to speak with someone in the morning about compensation for the inconveniences. In the morning I go down stairs to a new desk person, informed them that I had somewhere important to be and couldn’t miss it, he said someone will clean a new room for me by 9:30. 10 oclock come and the guy informs me the first room I was in is now ready, bedding being changed. I informed him that was not okay, I did not want the original room due to the cleanliness I first witnessed. He then said I can keep the double room if I pay extra. I am looking for accommodation due to inconvenience not coming out of pocket due to the hotels mistakes. First a dirty room, then asking me for more money. I nearly missed my daughters call time due to the back and forth at the front desk. My first room was 300, moved to 302 then to 303. My bags stayed packed, I had to return to the hotel earlier than I intended to to move my items yet again. The entire ordeal was tiresome and caused a migraine. Horrible experience.

One of my worst stays ever
The people who checked us in asked for my credit card instead of my driver's license. Hotels already had taken care of that issue so a form of ID should have been suitable. They were very arrogant when I questioned about them asking for a copy of my credit card front and back. Very valuable information for a couple of shady looking characters. It was dark when we entered our room and had to walk around in the dark to find a light. The light switch at the door entering the room didn't switch anything after examining the room. Very unsafe. Then when I went to plug in my phone charger I found the electric plug in was pushed up into the wall and I couldn't get it to stay plugged in and the other side of the bed was the same way. That's a electrical issue in a public place that should be inspected by a qualified electrician for violations and should be shut down immediately.

Booked 2 nights and only stayed one. Very bad part of town. Walmart directly across the street. I was stuck in the elevator twice. The shower curtain would not stay closed because the arched bar holding it was broke and dangling, not to mention the curly hairs left in the tub.

Most of the staff were nice. However, the building isn’t maintained. Don’t get me wrong it looked clean but as you look around you notice issues. Unpainted trim, leaky shower, tile the is falling down, a cart with a broken wheel(staff knows it needs a wheel and makes excuses) and stained shower curtain. I would not stay here again for the price.
