Stayed in a Whirlpool room on the second floor. Whirlpool is old, cracked, and dirty-looking. Low water pressure, slow to fill. Whirlpool rooms are not worth the extra charge

Great stay but boy it was cold
The stay was great. Only downside to the stay was the room was next to one of the entrance/exits so despite having heat in the room we constantly got a draft in our room of cold air which made the room constantly cold. Also, the in and out of people entering and exiting had us jumping out of bed because it was very audible and scary. Whenever we come to visit family this is our go to place to stay. We may request next time for a room on an upper floor but as always a great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, a delicious breakfast.

The staff made this place - great service. Really decent breakfast spread. Fitness center was adequate. The kids loved the pool. Was here for two nights and had nothing to complain about.

I arrived at the hotel 5 hours after check-in time expecting my room to be ready. The woman at the front desk was wonderful and friendly. She gave me my key card to my room and when I opened the door the bed was completely bare and the heating/ac unit was taken apart. She remedied the situation quickly when I went back downstairs. If you have a fear of elevators (like me) be prepared to old your breath because they sound like their on their last breath.

Coco was a star
We checked in at 3pm but never went to our room. We returned late night to find out they gave us a room that was suppose to be out of service. Mrs Coco took of the issue right away. She was the highlight of our stay. She was very thoughtful and professional. We will definitely be returning. Room was spotless, pool was clean, free breakfast was good.

Like: Location is close to where I need to work. Don't Like: The window blackout curtains don't cover the window properly. There were not a computer and a printer that I can use to print (I must go through front desk via a USB to print). These may be improved.
