Staff are perfection! And the market in the lobby is great and a nice convenience. The wear on the room can be seen and AC was not consistently working so room was hot and stuffy at times. But again just the wear that’s on a lot of popular places. Because AC was completely broken in first room I changed rooms. I could see that upgraded room was way better so maybe don’t get the cheapest room and get king with couch. Second room was better and bigger shower. Hotel is very conveniently located downtown near Shubert Theatre and lots of restaurants.

Modern and specious lobby. Nice little snack/bar station in the back of the check in counter. Easy access to the parking garage with in-and-out privilege. (There is a hallway to the parking lot on 2nd floor so no need to go outside and walk across) Our room was spacious, pillows were very comfortable. Very happy with the price too.
