Dryers in laundry room filter was not clean ,old dirty dryer sheets were stuck along the inside of dryer. The lighting for the room that I booked was very dim. I would of preferred a well lit room.

The only complaint I have is that the vending machine wasn't working and it took my five dollars. When I approached front desk about gaining reimburse I was told to call the number listed on the vending machine. I called several times and left messages but there was no return calls or answer. A other vending machine had expired goods. Front desk staffs not too friendly.

The hotel is in the perfect location for doing 2nd hand/ antique shopping. We also found some really good restaurants nearby …..Sai Gon Vietnamese cuisine, the best we’ve ever experienced and we live near NYC. Had a nice, filling free breakfast and seemingly good security.
