It wasn’t very clean and the tv remote was missing. The staff was rude and acted like I was bothering him when I checked in. He was aggressive and shouldn’t be in this industry.

Horrible customer service. In an emergency event, the hotel turned a single mother with an infant away, although the room was fully paid for and non-refundable. It was a late last minute reservation made and paid for in a pinch. The Hotel refused to be accommodating.

Slipped and fell. Hit my head on toilet. Was not offered an ambulance or a free night or anything. Instead was told I wouldn’t have my deposit kept as if that were a favor. Stay away. Slippery and unsafe tub shower as well as first room was so filthy and had 0 amenities. No fridge as shown in pictures. Manager upgraded me

This place is terrible in every way possible. Dirty. Stinks. Unsafe. Used needles in the parking lot. Homeless people sleeping across the lobby on the other side of the street. Worst experience at a hotel. Dont go there.
