We really enjoyed the pool area which had a nice mix of sun & shade, plenty of trees and lounge chairs, a fully stocked bar and even a live DJ. Real fun party atmosphere.

The location was perfect for what we were in town form. Rooms pretty good and upgrades to property elevate. Could use a good cleaning on outside areas and some tender love and care. Overall would recommend.

Rooms were clean and recently updated. The rest of the hotel was old and worn. The lobby smelled like a sewer. The bar had the vibe of a disco from the 70's. This Hotel was recently purchased and seams to be a work in progress. Pool and outdoor patio is by far the properties best feature along with easy access to DT New Hope/Lambertville and Peddlers Village.

Excellent place to stay in New Hope
We love this hotel! We’ve stayed several times. The pool, with its bar, the comfortable beds, cleanliness… all perfect. The staff is friendly and every time we’ve stayed, so are the guests. All in all, a lovely experience.

Overall the experience was just fine, the room clearly hadn’t been vacuumed and some of the furniture was falling apart a bit but it was fine for the price and for what we needed.

This place was the WORST!! The pictures of the place on Expedia are not even close to what this place is. The rooms are so outdated and small with no AC. It’s all outside rooms so be prepared to have ppl peeking through the windows.
