This property needs some upgrades and repairs. The carpets smell, dining table in was not stable, the fridge was making noise, the shower doors were lose at the bottom and were rodded, the toilet flush handle was lose and the couch was very old and not comfortable to sitting.

The word ‘tired’ aptly describes this hotel. The a/c unit was clogged with dust and debris, blowing out bits of dirty ‘lint’; a few slots were broken as well on the unit. Shower had mold, commode was unclean, stuffy and odd odor permeated throughout the hotel: halls, rooms lobby. They also could use more room signage and directional upon exit from elevator. However, the staff was beyond reproach- friendly, attentive, they were the best part of the stay. I expected more attention to be paid to the upkeep of the hotel given the cost of the room, and the area.

We must have been the only room occupied on the 5th floor because the air was not on in the hallways so the air was stagnant and musty. The room was clean, but the sink clogged very easily and the sliding closet mirror doors had 1 door off the tracks which made it difficult to use. The pool was gross, foggy water with a sorta glistening coating on the top of the water. I asked the staff about the pool and they had no idea there was an issue. Breakfast was good. Not my normal experience with this chain but definitely dissatisfied with this stay. I overheard this location is due for a renovation, couldn’t come sooner.

The beds were hard to sleep on, the blankets were very thin, the pool aircondition was turned off and they would not turn on even upon request. It was 95degrees boiling hot in the pool area. We requested house keeping service and they didn’t bother changing any linens. Just left towels at the door!

Lovely stay, during a time of need where we were staying in the area for a funeral for a family member. Checked in on Friday the fifth around 10 PM, and the person at the desk on that shift was actually quite hurt and non-friendly. That said, the person who took the 11 o'clock shift, a nice gentleman, was very, very accommodating and helpful.

New favorite hotel!
First time staying at your Homewood Suites Hotel and it won’t be my last. Every aspect of our stay from the front desk personnel to the complimentary breakfast was great! Spacious room and friendly and welcoming staff at all times.

The room was a very good size, but ours was definitely dingy, sheets were stained (as were the backup pair I called and asked for), and all of the furniture in the room was beat up. The carpet also kept a ton of dust and the AC could not be adjusted. Breakfast was fine and the staff were very nice, it's just in desperate need of an update and a good scrubbing

Just two important items for the property to consider.... 1) an accessible room located a " football field" from the elevators. It was a challenge walking from elevators to room. Our accessible suite had a tub , which with a non weight bearing knee was a challenge & dangerous with marble floors. 2) the bathroom counter was broken infront of the sink, the repair was not done properly & it kept moving & most definietly could have fallen on your feet which would not have been good. The Staff was Very Nice & the Hotel IMMACULATE .

This property is only a 10-minute drive to Sesame Place. It was clean and just what my family of three needed for our stay. The room was nice and was equipped with a kitchenette and fridge. It also had a small living room with sofa bed. The breakfast options were good. The indoor pool was open and clean. The staff were friendly. I would stay here again.
