Enjoy water activities and fishing right from your doorstep. Conveniently located near local attractions, this lakeside haven promises an unforgettable escape in North Carolina's scenic landscape.

The space
Discover your dream lakeside escape at this exquisite 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat on Badin Lake, North Carolina. Enjoy unparalleled comfort and convenience, all on one main floor. Access the dock and pristine waters via stairs, perfect for indulging in lakeside activities.

Each room features luxurious 100% memory foam mattresses for a restful night's sleep. Stay connected with high-speed fiber optic internet throughout the house.

Relax in the spacious family living room with a sofa sleeper and 58” TV, or unwind in the formal living room with a 40” TV. The primary bedroom boasts a sumptuous king bed and 58” TV, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and the third bedroom features 2 cozy twins.

Step into the screened sunroom or onto the expansive deck with a BBQ grill, ideal for outdoor gatherings. Additional outdoor space includes a patio underneath the deck and a fire pit (wood not provided), perfect for cozy evenings under the stars.

Head down to the private dock, equipped with jet ski floats and a boat slip (approximately 117” wide x 310” long) for your use. Please note that the covered boat slip is not available for use. A public access boat ramp is conveniently located just a few houses down.

Great vacation by the lake

The overall experience was great. Clean and well equipped house (finally some sharp knives!). The outdoor area is very nice to hang out at, although no ball games probably as it's on a slope. Nice little pier for fishing or taking a swim from and a boat ramp just around the corner. Gotta note that this is best for a remote gathering with family, picnics and just hanging out in nature. But there is not much going on around the area, so all attractions will be quite a drive away. But that was perfect for us. The host was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. Great Vacation Spot!

My family and I stayed at this place while my son was out of school for a few days. This place was perfect, if you like peace and quiet along with a private dock for fishing this is it. Our host answered all our questions and provided us with a beautiful house to enjoy all to ourselves. Very clean and accessible, not far from plenty of places to shop and explore. Had a great time.

This was one of the very best places we have stayed for vacation. The only issue (which can't be helped) is the steep walk on the sidewalk both to and from the Lake. But everyrgibg else was over the top!

The house and lot have everything you need. The lot and location is amazing! Lovely decor. Quality linens, towels, mattresses, appliances, cookware. Lots of storage and countertop space.
