Welcome to our spacious room with a queen-size bed and private bathroom. On third floor and no elevator. Enjoy ample parking in the our own back yard and easy access to Rt 95, just half a mile away. We're minutes from the New London-Long Island ferry pier, Mystic Aquarium, Mystic Seaport, and the US Coast Guard Academy. lots of restaurants and supermarket, and Walmart are all within 5 minutes' drive. Visit nearby Fort Trumbull Museum and New London Ocean Beach.

The property was easy to find and plenty of parking. My room was very clean and comfortable. William provided detailed instructions for entry and usage of the property. I enjoyed my stay.

William was a great host who clearly communicated everything about the room and access. The room was clean the shower was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Slept really good for a change. Coffee and croissant in the morning was the icing on the cake. Will stay again.

Great stay!

Stayed for two nights. Such a great location to the coast guard academy and lots of little restaurants and places to visit. Bill is a great host and very eager to provide a comfortable stay.
