The staff were friendly but the rooms were small with paper thin walls. I can hear people slamming doors all day and night. I also hear talking and walking all day and night. It interrupted my sleep continuously. I hated that part. On vacation i need good sleep.

Hillary? Was amazing! We stay every year here. There are always immaculate rooms and understanding about trying to get out when you have at least 3 people always needing one bathroom! Always very friendly and I got a birthday drink on the house! We didn't know there was an LGBT walk (everyone wore red dresses so that was interesting!) you can walk wherever you need to and the Hard Rock Cafe is just around the corner! This was the last leg of our trip, so we had to leave a day sooner, but it's always worth it to stay. There is a $24/night self parking garage or you can valet for $42. Keep in mind when you're looking on Expedia or another site! Thanks for making our yearly vacation a solid stop each year! See you in 2025!

The hotel was in a good location. I actually liked that it wasn’t too close to bourbon street, but still walkable to it. The hotel and staff are nice. The only thing I didn’t like was our room was facing another building and there wasn’t a view. The size of the room was good.

The bathroom was not private as it had sliding glass doors that didn't fit tight at the bottom so sound of privacy was an issue. They looked very nice but not practial for traveling with others.

We were very disappointed upon our arrival - do not be fooled by the positive reviews. When we arrived it seemed that no one was at the front desk to help us check in. We had to call them out from the back office where they were eating pizza. We were a party of a three and while checking in asked the staff member to clarify that our room would have 2 QUEEN BEDS to which he said YES. Upon entering our room, we found only two FULL beds. The room was super small and they told us only after check in they actually did not have any full beds and also did not have any cots. Additionally, the rooms are very dark and small. Expect lots of noise and subpar cleanliness in common areas. We did not feel safe outside the property either and there are lots of loud, drunk guests in the hotel.

Rooms in this hotel are excellent. I just loved the walk in shower. There’s water in the refrigerator. I think they charge you if you drink it though. The parking in the garage leaves a lot to be desired. I hated driving up those skinny ramps to get to the next level. There was barely any room to maneuver your car. The parking spaces were so skinny also. Next time I will use valet parking. Overall a very enjoyable stay in the French Quarter. Thanks Marriott!!

The property was very nice. What I didn't like was the parking. In order to park your car you had to have valet. If you wanted to park your own car you had to park around the corner and I had to handicap people with me that could not walk far. There should be complimentary parking for handicapped people.
