Staff were very friendly and worked hard to solve our issues. Got us a shower curtain as our was missing upon check-in. Reservation confusion had them strip our bedding and not remake beds for our final night.

Stayed here for a couple nights to play airsoft at the old Six Flags near by. The staff was very nice and helpful. I'm from Missouri and Nebraska so I'm just not familiar with Louisiana at all but the humidity had water dripping or condensation everywhere. Fun times. The hotel felt like it was under construction or repair in a lot of areas but the place did feel run down or look broken. Basic continental breakfast stuff. Pool was open and working the whole time i was there, rare at a lot of hotels I've gone to this year, so cool beans there. There's a Walmart and some fast food places nearby, the people in the area didn't seem very nice but oh well.

I booked my room for 5 days after staying here for four nights I believe there are bed bugs I have red bumps all over my arms and legs now and skin is very itchy!

They put us in an occupied room with animals when we checked in. Terrible it was bad however they got us another room. The hotel was under construction which we didn’t know until after we booked.

The location was super convenient, easy access to the hwy, allowing us to get anywhere quickly. The staff was so friendly! From check in to the check out everyone we came across was so nice. Thank you all again for making it such a comfortable stay!

The room had a smell to it, the linen was damp I had to ask for a blanket that was dry and my daughter had to use her blankets out the car. The headboard and the desk chair were filthy. Our toilet didn’t flush when I went to go tell the front desk she was rude and told me there’s no other room and maintenance wouldn’t be in until the morning. I asked for a plunger she still had an attitude then another worker came and told me she would bring one to the room. Overall experience was bad from the arrival to departure from the cleanliness of the property to the issues with my room as well as the rude staff member wouldn’t tell anyone to go to this hotel.

Worst stay EVER
I arrived on Friday, there were no towels , it was also late, so of course the nearest stores were closed so I couldn't even go run out and buy any. So my family and I couldn't even wash up or bathe from the ride . My stay was from Friday until Sunday, after we had breakfast, around 9am I asked the clerk for towels, she informed we were on the list and we would get some shortly . A few hours later still no towels , so we had to use tshirts out our luggage to dry off with to take a bath to go where we needed too. Once dressed we went to the Aquarium and Insectarium, walked around and sight saw the city and ate, and headed back to the room , STILL NO TOWELS . By this time it is after 6pm. We had been sweaty from our activities, and still had no towels to bathe with. It was only until I sat in the lobby and complained bc I was going to have to go buy some towels , that another clerk said , what's your room number (I Stayed in room 506), and stated she talked to a manager , left my number and that a manager would call me Monday, and then the towels eventually appeared . I don't blame the clerks , nor the housekeeping , bc my whole stay I only seen one housekeeper , who looked as if she may have been working alone, so I felt sorry for her. After a dip in the pool which I have to admit was the best thing on this stay, we went back to the room and as my oldest daughter proceeded to get in the bed , she stepped on an object that was in the corner by the wall and cut her foot open.
