Overall it was an ok experience for our first time in New Orleans. It was about a 7 block walk to main streets which normally isn’t bad . The weather was 103 degrees in the day so the walk was bad. Also at night some of the streets to the hotel were very empty and shady

Had an issue with the room when we checked in. Staff was very attentive and took care of the issue immediately. I like how parking was enclosed and I felt safe leaving my vehicle.

Staff were fantastic! Property was beautiful could use an update. Pool small but clean and nice. Walking distance to most places. Didn’t feel to safe at night. But fine during the day.

Such a nice little hotel! Great breakfast options, cute courtyard, and it's close enough to walk to the French Quarter easily but still feels peaceful when you return. I appreciate that they had a tea machine that was always available since I enjoy an afternoon tea, as well as a water tap and microwave.

Housekeeping was terrible. They didn’t refresh the coffee, cups, didn’t empty garbage or replace soap. Literally had zero body wash the last day of our stay. The bathroom shower had terrible water pressure and the fan was full of dust and could barely suck the steam out of the bathroom. A/C was refreshing! Breakfast was decent. Front office staff was very pleasant. Location is walkable. Pool was refreshing but in desperate need of cleaning!!! The pool tiles were brown with a disgusting coating that you could scrap off with your fingernails!! Ugh!

Fantastic
The hotel was quaint and very enjoyable. The pool was cool and refreshing. Breakfast was wonderful and fulfilling. The staff were all very helpful. Parking is super tight. But once we parked we never moved the vehicle. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. The excursions we paid extra for, picked us up at the hotel. Our stay was quiet. Im sure other times of the year it will be different. We would gladly come back and stay again.

The hotel was great and clean it just needs some work my room was very clean but on the ceiling it looked like it had mold, and the drawers on the armoire And the bathroom the shower needed a better curtain or a shower door because all the water got out.

Loved the location-right in French Quarter so we could walk to Bourbon Street and surrounding historic sites. Very pretty hotel-middle courtyard with pool made for a nice place to relax outside in the evening. Room was quiet and clean. Only drawback was site does not have enough onsite parking so we had to park at a lot a block and a half away. Our car was well taken care of, so not a bad situation-just not optimal. Lots of local restaurants within walking distance. Great place to stay if you're visiting French Quarter!

Check in was easy. Did request a crib which was not given to me till the following day around 10. There was no tv available, service was down. Breakfast was great, staff was friendly. Just would have wanted both a crib the night of and tv to be working. Parking is very tight.
