Delightful Lobby area and very attentive staff. The beds were probably my second favorite thing about Burbon Orleans hotel. Totally will come back! Did I mention the awesome location?!

I loved everything about this hotel; hotel apprearnce, location and the staff were outstanding! My only issue (not complaint) was the drain in the bathroom sink was stained brown and black. Needs to be replaced.

First of all every Hotel in the French Quarters are old and out dated. Bourbon Orleans shows its age but is really taken care of. Room and bathroom was clean, bedding sheets clean. I did have two issues. Toilet stoped working I tried calling front desk but no answer, had to walk downstairs to let them know. Issue was taken care of immediately. Secondly repair guys knocked on my door asked if I will be leaving cause they needed to install shower curtains. I told them I’m checking old tomorrow. Not hotel’s fault but should have instructed installers not to bother guest. Overall a great hotel, great experience. Book it, you’ll enjoy your stay.

Beautiful hotel in the mid of everything! Philip the bartender was excellent and by far made the best hurricanes around the French Quarter! If you are on the French Quarter go by the hotel and ask him to make you the best!!!

Clean, walkable area within 5 to 10 mins walking to the famous place like Cafe Du Monde (~4-5 mins), Pat O’brien (~2-3 mins). Very convenient location and still in a quiet area for you to have a little peace around french corner. The staff is impressive.

Beautiful property, seconds from Bourbon St. beautiful pool in a courtyard that looks like it’s out of the 1920’s. Only complaint was no way to charge phone on both side of bed.

I did not enjoy my stay. The room was meh. Housekeeping never came to change the garbage. I had an accident and went fown to the front desk to get assistance since the phone wasn't working. The housekeeper came and cleaned up and the hotel then charged me a 150 excessive cleaning fee. I told the front desk exactly what i needed to be done and if yhey would have told me it was going to be 150 i would have gotten some paper towel n did it myself.

I liked the quietness and the cleanliness of the property. However the fact that there was no microwave in the room created an inconvenience for us. Not to forget, the pool was very nice and accessible.
