The staff was nice. I had reserved the room through Expedia paid for it was going with my granddaughter. She was looking forward to the swimming pool and it was broken so they told me that I could cancel the reservation, but I would have to get back through Expedia to get my money back so I said OK and I booked a room somewhere else closer into town because this hotel was a little further out than I wanted to be so when Expedia tried to get my refund the hotel refused so I lost money. This makes twice that I have lost money on hotel reservations through Expedia. I Have always had excellent services through Expedia but lately I would not recommend them to anyone.

My stay was peaceful. We went to visit family in the area and decided to get a room this time. Honestly, I didn’t expect the room to look exactly like the pictures lol. I was very impressed. It was very clean and the staff was so polite from front desk to the cleaning ladies. I’ll definitely book my stay here again.

Wanted one more night! Pay for it Thu hotel . Com the front desk refuse it cause ! He wanted me to pay him 236.00 n hotel . Com offers was 163.00 he refused my stay even after I pay for it! I ask him was there a room he said yes! Then after I paid he said no!!! Bad Bussiness never had this problem before! Waiting on my refund!!!😠
