We checked in and first off the room smelled like cigarette smoke, the bed was all wrinkled I don’t think it had been changed and there was a cigarette butt on bathroom floor. Went to desk and told the young man and he gave us another room which was clean and great. Very nice man. Other than that it was great and close to the airport.

Our keys kept getting deactivated, causing sever trips to the front desk. Laundry washer stained my light clothes with black spots. We saw staff in facility laundry having a sexual encounter. Then they gave a guest our room with a key so we had an unexpected room invasion.

Dirty, stinky and moldy
The room was so nasty and smelled so bad. I told the front desk and he sent someone to come spray the room but it just smelled like perfume sprayed over stink. I was only staying for one night but I didn't even want to use the shower it was so dirty and moldy.

The hotel is close to the airport and offers shuttle service, but I DON'T RECOMMEND IT. I booked 2 rooms for one night. One of the rooms was extremely hot because the air conditioning didn't work and the smell in the room was horrible. The second room the sheets and towels were dirty. During the night the toilet began to overflow for no reason. When I spoke to the customer services, She told me that there were no more rooms available. The next day when I was checking out I explained to another customer service my nightmare and he informed me that there were rooms available and he didn’t understand why she didn't change us. My vacation started like a horror movie.

Simply picked this place because it was near the airport and I was arriving late. Slept through breakfast because they only do it to 9 a.m., so no clue if it’s good or not. Room was decent enough. The outside property was industrial and rather awful. No convenient businesses nearby.
