We stay here often, employees and cleanliness is great! Only caveat is the AC units often cannot keep up with the New Orleans humidity (which is legendary of course) and the carpet is often wet from condensation. It hasn't deterred us but would be nice if they were able to eventually address. We see many of the same staff from visit to visit which is nice to see, a place with good staff retention shows they take pride in their establishment.

The front desk representative was genuinely fantastic but the surrounding area was sketchy. Underneath the sink in the bathroom was dirty and you could see it when simply bending over. Housekeeping clearly doesn't clean under there. Limited options for take out in the area.

Nasty nasty nasty! I did not sleep well due to roaches!! Then I went to brush my teeth and this is the hot water pressure!! I was ready to go home we checked out early in the am to head back home. It was so nasty, we didn’t even trust to eat they breakfast.
