I liked the location, walking distance to all French Quarter sites, and close to Canal St. There is ongoing construction on Iberville Street, so hard to find, and confusing as to the entrance, etc. I am sure when that has been completed, will be fine. The rooms were clean, staff friendly, during Francine, updates were regularly given.

The property was great and close to everything . But the hotel fall to tell us the hot water wasn't working after a long night / early morning of traveling. When I went ask the front desk what was going on the front desk handed me a paper. Over all everything else was great .

Very spacious rooms, bathrooms abd living rooms. Luv the big screen tvs in living room and bedroom. Shower door did not shut and was not cleaned properly. No trash bags in trash cans was weird.

This hotel is perfect if you're looking to be close to everything, but also looking to have a good relaxing sleep without noise. Check-in was smooth and fast, service was great. I would definitely recommend!
