Not as clean as it should have been. All of my wipes were dirty when I cleaned my own room upon the arrival. Also, charging for parking without it being stated online (Expedia)

When purchased my reservation, was given wrong room and had to ask to change it to what I initially paid for. The clerk said sometimes it happens. ? ?? Also, when going to check out. Clerk instructed to drop keys into a basket? With many other peoples keys? Seems unorganized to me. Should have guests be able to check out exactly when they need to. Not when the hotel feels it convenient. Still have no gotten my receipt or that I checked out in my emails. Very unprofessional for double tree. Also a few of things in the room were chipped, the shower curtain was cheap and tattered also. Sheets had some little Tiny brown pieces
