During our stay we had the winter storm of the century and the hotel staff we're so friendly. We were so grateful of the free breakfast and dinner since the town shut down. We loved everything about this hotel.

Radiators weekend in NOLA

Checkin with Jamie was fast and easy, she was super nice! Everything about this hotel is great! We stay at one in Milwaukee WI and the service and amenities here in NOLA are just the same! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic

Staff was extremely accomodating. We happened to be there over NYE and there was lots happening with the attack on the city and the change of date the sugar bowl. Extending our stay was simple. Staff was extremely informative about all the changes and closures of the city. I felt very safe and well informed during some time of uncertainty.
