Elegant Penthouse w/ Terrace Walk to FQ/Superdome

Conveniently situated near the French Quarter, Superdome, and Smoothie King Center, this cozy retreat effortlessly melds modern convenience with classic charm. Step into a bright living space and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for relaxing or whipping up a quick meal. With comfortable bedrooms for peaceful nights, our central location puts the city's attractions within easy reach. Immerse yourself in New Orleans' lively culture and diverse dining options, all just a stroll away.

The space is great if traveling with family, friends, or any type of group. The space offers 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining table and living room with two queen size sleeper sofas. The bedrooms have a king bed. Three bedrooms have private bathrooms attached, while the last two bedrooms share a jack n jill style bathroom. Three of the bathrooms offer showers only and the fourth bathroom offers a tub./shower combo The living room offers a 65” TV and the bedrooms have a 55” TV. Each unit has a stacked washer and dryer for use during your stay as well. This unit also has a large outdoor patio for entertaining.

The rooftop pool and hot tub are shared by all units in the property. The rooftop pool and hot tub are open daily from 8:00 am – 10:00pm, weather permitting. Our pool is not heated, and swimming is at your own risk.

We have a designated vaping porch located on the 9th floor of the building. Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside our units and will set off our state-of-the-art smoke alarm system.

The Eleanor New Orleans is a large-format style hotel located in Downtown New Orleans on Loyola Ave featuring 31 units that are 3-6 bedrooms and range from 1,178-1,959 sq ft. We are a locally owned and operated hotel in Downtown New Orleans on Loyola Avenue. Our arrival and departure processes are contactless, but our property manager and/or front desk staff are available 24/7 during your stay.

There are two parking options located just below our property. Rates are generally $20-$30/24 hours (but will increase drastically during special events and festivals).
Park First Saratoga Garage #1025 and has a height clearance of 6’4”.
ParkMobile Zone 50408 (surface lot) is also directly behind our building for overflow or oversized vehicles.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $135/stay (max 2 included). We have a designated pet relief area on the 9th floor, and there is also a grassy park located across the street from our units. Please let us know ahead of time if you are planning to bring a pet.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available for your stay for an additional fee of $100 for a 2pm arrival or 12pm departure (an extra 2 hours). Unfortunately, we are unable to store luggage pre- or post-stay, so if you need to guarantee an earlier arrival or departure, we recommend booking the night before or after to guarantee anything earlier than the 2pm arrival or later than a 12pm departure.

We only require light cleaning prior to departure – taking out garbage and washing any dirty dishes. All linen is professionally laundered between guests.

Girlfriend trip

The property appealed to us because we are a group of 7 longtime girlfriends that gather at a different destination once a year to catchup with each other. There were enough beds for us and a living and kitchen area that made it easy for us to share our stories. The location was far enough away from the noise of Bourbon Street but close enough to walk to it and everything else. The #202 airport bus stopping just outside the property was a bonus. The only reason for an overall rating of 4 is that there were a few minor things that needed some repair but I have shared those with the property manager already. The property manager Shane was very responsive whenever we had questions.
