The stay was decent, I will say yes we would come back again IF need be. The place is very outdated, with a little TLC it would be 5 star ratings. There may not be enough people on the cleaning staff, we only received clean towels once, The beds were never made up that means no clean sheets were provided. The place was clean just smelled of hospital cleaning products but it was clean. The hotel is down the street from all kinds of food places and a few places are 24 hours. The lakefront was a nice scenery and a nice walk. The French Quarters are just a 20 min ride from the hotel. It was worth the money, the overall appearance of the hotel just needs a little love for tha WOW affect, if thats what your seeking.

The front desk staff were amazing however when booking we thought it had a hot tub but it didnt as it was under construction. The room had a weird odor to it and the carpet and room chair were stained some of the furniture was old and falling apart. There was no water pressure when showering and they did not come through daily to change out towels and washcloths and they were piled on the floor when we left also had to ask for towels and toilet paper

Weekend Getaway for the locals
I live in a neighboring town and was just looking for a close weekend getaway. I initially booked one night through hotels.com, but during my stay I decided to add a night. It was quiet, clean, comfortable and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The location is walking distance from Treasure Chest Casino and it's only a short Uber ride to several options for eateries. Ms. Summer even recommended her favorite local nail technician when I expressed to her that I was looking to pamper myself. I really enjoyed myself and will most definitely use this location again.

The hitel from the lobby looks beautiful but once we got into our room it was a different story. The carpet was coming off of floor, the tub had mold around it, the soap holder in the shower had a ton of old soap caked on it, there were holes in the walls of the bathroom. That is my only complaint everything else was great and the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful.

Disappointed in lack of shuttle service for early flights. The hotel did not offer to take care of taxi ride as they have done in past. We had to take cab both ways. We stay here to park our car here while we travel but the hotel needs work. Room was not clean.

The room was clean and spacious, and staff were friendly and accomadating, but the bathroom really let the property down. There was no water pressure to speak of and the shower head consisted of a jerry-rigged removable shower head fixed at a height just above my 5ft 3in height. The bathroom door didn’t shut making it awkward for those of us staying there. Also, the booking was for 4 people and only 2 towels were given. By the time we discovered this it was too late to go down and ask for more.
