I appreciate my stay here. It was very nice. Staff and breakfast was good. Gym is 50/50. Planet fitness next door. Very welcoming. Over all it’s a nice stay. And thank you.

The hotel lobby looks nice. Once you go upstairs there is a smell in the hallway. When i checked in there was only one employee on staff. She didnt have any help and no manager on site. Some of the rooms had not been cleaned, the sheets were not cleaned and there were no extra towels. The rooms look kinda old and the chairs had dirt stains.

The hotel stinks
This hotel stinks and the breakfast that was supposedly provided ran out of food and coffee. Rude service. Plugged sinks and water on the bathroom floor.

Hotel at Kenner was a very dirty hotel. Our bathroom sink was plugged the breakfast ran out of food the carpets were very dirty. The hotel was very out dated and it stinks. I do not recommend staying here. .

Dirty chair in room,dirty carpet in room, extra dirty carpet dining area. No buffet breakfast day we left. No time to order to have them make eggs. The duck poop is everywhere on the sidewalks. Grout in bathroom done poorly. Mold under soap dish, no gout there. Could smell pot smoking from few doors down. Would never stay here again. But, staff was attentive!
