I initially make reseat the hotel for 5 nights to be paid once i arrived at the hotel. The hotel billed me 1st night sysy even though i was unfortunately delayed by the airline in arriving until the next day. Secondly the hotel management instructed the staff to repeatedly authorize my credit card daily for my stay instead on once upon my arrival. Prior to my arrival the hotel front desk staff hung up on me while trying to resolve unexpected delays and arrival details.

I paid $57 for parking only to find out the hotel was overbooked. At least 8 paying guest were inconvenienced. Wound up paying double for a hotel and parking again. It wasnt a good experience. Hotel did look clean though. Tighten up, Express.

Location was excellent for attending the New Orleans Saints game. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lock to room door was not working correctly. Shower was abysmal!

The water pressue was horrible, the water DID NOT GET HOT.Our first room was dirty and the shower, we had to move rooms. The lobby and the hallways were extremely hot. I would not recommend this hotel. This hotel is not worth it especially paying almost 400 dollars for two nights.

Wasn't happy, I never knew that hotels had bunk beds. We didn't appreciate having to sleep in bunk beds, we had to sleep with the lights on so we wouldn't forget that we were in bu nk beds and bump our heads throughout the night when we got up to use the restroom.

My only complaint was that one of my windows didn’t have the blackout curtain. The room was also very small, but that wasn’t really an issue because I spent very little time in my room. Other than that, the staff was great! Breakfast was solid. The gym was adequate, and it’s a nice walk to French Quarter, or you can take the street car, which is right outside hotel
