Aii the staff were very professional and kind. We had a small issue in our room that maintenance came within a few minutes and resolved. We will continue to use Tonnelle whenever we are in town.

I LOVED this hotel! It was probably my favorite out of the three we stayed in during our trip. Our room was SO nice, and everything felt plush and the beds were super comfortable. I loved that our room had a view of the city skyline. However, the staff weren't unfriendly they just seemed overworked or short staffed. I tried to go out at night and the area around the hotel felt a little unsafe, but I know that goes with the territory in New Orleans. I would go back, but would probably just go out during the day time. I would stay here again! It is right on the St Charles Ave and close enough to walk to Magazine St and shops

Gem in the Gsrden District

This was an excellent property with outstanding staff. We received a very warm welcome and the valets were very quick in taking and returning our car. The room was comfortable and attractive. We appreciated the roomy bathroom with various choices of lighting. The countertop makeup mirror was a plus. The shampoo and creme rinse were good, and we liked the lemon scanted soap. The only oversight was that the HVAC in our room needed to be activated, but that was quickly addressed. Bed and bedding were comfortable, as was the arm chair. We enjoyed exploring the neighborhood both walking and by car, and the St. Charles trolley stops right in front. Finally, we have to mention that the price was very reasonable. Definitely plan a return!

The room was clean and beautiful and the staff were outstanding. The only issue I encountered was my wi-fi connection, from my room and in the lobby/restaurant. The area has some really great restaurants within walking distance. The streetcar has a stop right in front of the hotel. The Hop on/off line also runs here. My only concern was night time because I was solo travelling (no fault of the hotel/ the hotel grounds were always safe). I will likely book this hotel again on future trips when my activities are in this area.
