Room spacious, comfortable. Air con brilliant. Room clean, had everything we needed. Maids try to come into room early , 8.30. Pool area was good, although pool bar not open every day. Hotel bar closed at 10, through the week. Never been anywhere that closes up so early! Also coffee only open at breakfast time.

The hotel lobby is clean but that’s all. The room had paint chipping in the floor or some sort of white dust and dirt. It was beside the pool and very loud music played beginning at 9:00am, we were told it would play from 7pm-10pm. After moving rooms to a much quieter room, the floor and entire room actually leaned with the visible slope to one side. BOTH rooms had THE DIRTIEST BATHROOMS and showers. I would never recommend or stay here again

Its location is great, it's a block from bourbon but having said that - the streets and surrounding property are still bourbon. Expect a noisy crowd and littered streets. The room itself was ok - a little dated. Bed was comfy.

Its conveniently located. Main entrance is 1 block from Bourbon St, 20 min walk to the Super Dome and near a lot of nightlife. Hotel was very clean and maintained. I can't say the same about some of the adjacent Streets but you can't blame the hotel for that. Our room was huge with a balcony over looking Dauphine St. It can get loud late at night if your a light sleeper, if your on a lower floor. But overall we had a great stay. Lobby was nice and good place to relax and get a drink if you dont want to be amongst the large crowds on Bourbon St.

Beautiful hotel lobby, bar, and breakfast area, and awesome staff. But it stops there. The rooms were like a dirtier version of an off-strip Vegas hotel. Fully carpeted rooms with tons of stains - gross from who knows what. Hair in the shower, the bathroom area, and dust everywhere. Definitely not cleaned thouroughly. The area outside the hotel is right off of Bourbon Street, and while convenient, there were tons of homeless. There was human feces on the sidewalk right outside of the hotel door.
