My two-night stay was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. What I didn't like was the $50 additional per night fee for incidentals. I think this is a nonsense fee. If you want to charge an additional $50 fee per night, just quote the higher price in your room rate. This is a sneaky way to get more money out of your guest. know a lot of hotels do this, but that doesn't make it right.

So, be aware, a balcony room is significantly more and will only give you a view of the pool. Be sure to pay $150 more if you want bourbon street. The rooms are large but there was urine on the bathroom floor when we arrived, it was clearly never cleaned. There were what appeared to be boogers on the shower stall and someone else’s hair wiped on the shower wall. Ultimately for the lack of housekeeping, it’s pretty overpriced. There is also no consideration for early check in, despite it being accommodated at every other hotel in the area. There are better options out there.

The property is close to Bourbon Street, but far enough away that you didn't hear it all night. Walkable to most area restaurants. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and delightful to work with. Would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Great hotel right in the middle of French Quarter. We stayed in a courtyard view room and had zero noise from Bourbon Street. The hotel employees were super friendly and helpful. Loved our stay!

Great time in the Big Easy
Hotel allowed us to check-in early, like 9:30am early. We’d just departed a cruise ship so the timing was off. Eric the Bell Captain is really really good. Really the whole staff here was on point. Noisy street noise but earplugs did the trick! Will definitely stay at the Hyatt Centric again - this was better than the Ritz!!
