The Cleo, short for Cleopatra, is fit for no less than a queen! And that royal is YOU! The Cleo is two side by side condos with a grand total of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and can comfortably sleep 8 people. This home is perfect for two families, large groups, or colleagues.

The Cleo has a location that can't be beat! Get your steps in and check out the coolest local bars and restaurants that NOLA has to offer all within a casual stroll of this home. Did we mention the French Quarter was just a 10 minute walk? If you want even more excitement, grab an Uber to Magazine Street, Marigny, or Bywater.
Four blocks from the St. Charles Streetcar Line.. this is a great option to see the gorgeous mansions and Live Oak tree draping of St. Charles Avenue.
Countless coffee shops and convenience stores located in a two block radius of this home.
Rouses Market is nearby too.

EVERY HOME, EVERY TIME
In a NOLA LUX home, you'll always find our bathrooms stocked with a starter set of everything you need to get squeaky clean including (but not only) shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our kitchens have all the essentials needed to prepare your favorite meal. Kick start each morning with Keurig coffee pods included with every stay. We've even got your TV entertainment covered with hundreds of streaming options to choose from.
NOLA LUX homes are immaculate and well maintained by professionals who clean and sanitize between every guest using the highest standards in the industry.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The following details are important but aren't specific to this particular unit and apply to all reservations made at a NOLA LUX property.

WE RECOMMEND TRIP INSURANCE
Planning a vacation can be stressful enough when everything goes right but adding a pandemic to the mix adds a whole lot of uncertainty. Trip insurance keeps you from losing your vacation rental investment if you need to cancel for a covered reason. We're here to help if you have any questions!

HOUSE RULES
These are all no brainers, but we don't want any confusion so we're going to state the obvious:
- NO SMOKING
- No gatherings greater than the approved occupants
- No rearranging furniture please
- Quiet hours between 10PM - 8AM strictly enforced

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. There are exceptions made on a case-by-case basis and with a paid security deposit and our express written permission. Contact us for details.

**We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50 mile radius.**

SECURITY CAMERAS
Security cameras are in all common spaces of the building, but no worries, no cameras inside any of the homes. We do also have internal sensors that detect temperature, humidity, THC, vapor, and decibel levels.

GUEST REGISTRATION
After you book your reservation, we will require the completion of our electronic Rental Agreement and a copy of a government-issued ID (excluding Airbnb bookings).Once completed, your check-in instructions will be emailed to you thirty days before your arrival date.

OPTIONAL FEES
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for:
- $150 Early Check-In anytime after 11AM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
- $150 Late Check-Out anytime before 2PM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
- $25 per night single rollaway bed rental (includes all necessary bedding)
- $25 per night crib rental (includes all necessary bedding)

SUPPLY STARTER KIT
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That's why we provide a supply starter kit – to get you through the first day or two of your stay.
The kit includes: three rolls of paper towels, dish sponge, five dishwasher pods, four trash bags, dishwashing liquid, ~12 coffee pods per bedroom count, creamer, sweetener, salt/pepper, olive oil, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath soap bar, lotion, mouthwash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and three rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

While we do not have any long-term parking on-site, there are countless parking options that we would be happy to provide more information on. Thankfully our location is optimal for walking (or short Uber/Lyft ride) experiences for guests of all ages.

Above Expectations
Our family had an incredible time in NOLA. The condos were perfect. Such amazing beds and linens. We appreciated all the little extras like the cold beverages in the fridge and snacks. The property is very secure and in an excellent location. Walking distance to the WWII museum, French Quarters and the riverside. With the two units, we were able to break our party into night owls and early riser. It was amazing that we didn’t disturb each other’s sleep. Since check out was at 11 but our plane didn’t leave until 7, we didn’t know what to do with our luggage. I reached out to Cami and she set us up with a large locker in the building where we could store our bags. How cool is that? If you are looking to stay in NOLA, I would highly recommend “The Cleo”. Our family will definitely be back!

Perfect home away from home!
The apartments were so cozy and clean. The staff (especially Erika) were incredibly communicative, helpful and friendly! We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom (only 1 out of 4 was not technically "en suite" but the doors were steps apart). The furnishings and kitchen were updated and just what we needed. One note in case you have any sensitivities in your party, there are two bedrooms (the internal bedroom in each unit) that have no windows or natural light. It was great for sleeping in in the morning but some folks may feel a little claustrophobic. They did have a variety of good lighting options and a ceiling fan so I think they absolutely made the most of the space. Reco for walking up to Canal St.: Take a left out of the front door then 1st right (Girod) and 1st left; Fulton St is much nicer to walk up than S. Peters. If you need late night food, head into Harrah's for Bobby's Burgers and Pizza Cake. Thank you for a great stay in NoLA!

Fantastic location and support team
We had a great experience with this property and will definitely stay here again. Very comfortable stay... a little noisy one night but I think that is very much due to location and being near the French quarter. The staff supporting the location was very responsive and accommodating.
