The air conditioners did NOT work.. Also there is a very scary and steep staircase to all rooms - except for a few rooms on the ground floor they do not normally rent out. NO phone in the room...

Girls week in NOLA
Our two bedroom, one bathroom apartment was clean, cool, high ceilings, brick walls, spacious common room and bedrooms, and excellent black out curtains. The beds are very, very comfortable. Front desk is friendly and responsive. Note: one bedroom lacked a window (we didnt mind), scent of bleach on upon check-in, but it disilates. We were very happy.

Great location, courteous staff, nice rooms. No complaints. Be prepared, however, to have issues finding parking. Expect to walk a few blocks to your car.

Stay was very good. Had an issue with our ac and when deemed unfixable we we promptly upgraded to another room. I left some clothes in my room upon checkout and the called we to see if I wanted to have them sent to me. I would stay here again!

Overall nice hotel. Our shower drain was clogged and windo AC unit in bedroom did not work. Recommend parking lot was 7 blocks away. Besides these few things hotel was great for price.

There is no parking, I had to pay and park at parking structure half a mile away. The benefit of this property is that it's in the French Quarters, walking distance to everything. The remodel is ok, toilet still moves when you sit. Overall very nice stay

Our stay at The Inn on Saint Peter was fantastic! We enjoyed the hospitality the staff provided, Glenn at the front desk was lots of help. The hotel is located close enough to the fun of bourbon street, but still feels private. Booked a full size bedroom but got a little upgrade when we arrived so that was nice as well.

It was a nice stay. The front desk was helpful. Especially during the hurricane. Enjoyed how easily you can walk to Bourbon st, Royal st, and Jackson Square Park. And, how quiet it is at night. So you can relax and sleep.

We received a call while at the airport leaving for MSY informing us that due to the recent hurricane, we were being transferred to Lamothe House. The staff was very friendly and did their best to accommodate us, but we have a couple complaints. First, we were told that our room was only supposed to be serviced every 3 days. We had to hunt down towels daily so we could shower. One of the desk clerks Gabby, was very helpful and helped us get a bicycle cab to our tour, and was always smiling and gave great service. We were also disappointed that there were groups of homeless people collected around the corner our entire week there. We realize this is not the hotel’s fault, but nothing was done to discourage this and made walking to the corner store unsafe in the evenings. The hotel itself had great charm with ornate history, but it ends there. After long days walking in the French Quarter, we were looking forward to soaking in the hot tub that we were told about, but that also was not working and apparently hasn’t been for some time. Sadly we will not be returning to this property the next time we come to New Orleans.
