You do have to pay for parking at $12 per day because the parking lot is owned by another business. This is budget hotel so don't expect new furnishings or carpet but that said this place is very, very clean and safe.

From the moment I walked in it was dirty. The elevator was so old and we were not sure if it would breakdown or not. The bathroom had black buildup around the tub. The light didn’t work when you first walk into the room. Overall not impressed even if it was cheap.

The bathroom had a dingy drop ceiling with poorly maintained bathtub and shower area. Additionally, the elevator was in very poor condition in the room. Air conditioner is loud.

I use it because it is close to the airport. Service is limited but good for my needs. Plumbing needs work, drains need cleaning to run. For the price, I guess it is ok but could be so much better.

Not awful but has plenty of room to improve
The carpet on multiple floors had dirt and crumbs on it. Not just stains, so clearly it is not being vacuumed often enough. The breakfast buffet is constantly running out of items. There was a lady replenishing everything and she seemed to be moving non-stop. I think she just needs help during peak hours.

I am a senior citizen and there were no grab bars in the bathroom, and there was no walk in shower. I was not given an option to choose a room with these options if they were available.

Property outdated. Two tiny elevators, one out of service. Maids tool towels but never returned any. Must pay to park here. Rooms was just okay, bathrooms very outdated. Parking lot and sidewalks in bad shape. Hallways were not lit well.
