A four-star hotel...that's wrong. I stayed for two nights, but the room was not cleaned on the second day, and when I asked the front desk, they said that cleaning is done every other day (it's not written anywhere). Used towels are not collected, and towels and amenities to be used on the second day are not replenished unless you ask. There is no water service. It's worse than a three-star hotel. I asked the front desk to replenish the towels and amenities, and when I returned to the room after dinner, the towels were left there haphazardly. There was no bath mat or face towel. The staff was so low-level that they couldn't even fold and line up the towels. And the most surprising thing was that the bath towels used on the first day were left behind again... I was shocked and went back to the front desk to explain, and they immediately asked the staff to do it. The staff who came to my room entered the room with a garbage bag in one hand, put on rubber gloves, and collected the garbage and towels with a bother. I've stayed in many places, from budget hotels to luxury hotels, but this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. What started as a comfortable trip became more inconvenient, unpleasant, and unclean than staying at home. I definitely don't recommend staying multiple nights. Don't be fooled by the false name and photos of this four star hotel.

The hotel it self was so nice everything was beautiful and clean we loved it the part I didn’t like was the valet parking the man took our keys and we checked in and went to our room soon as we got into our room front desk called saying that we had to come down to self park because our window doesn’t go up and I was like what do you mean yes they do so we came down to find out that the young man that worked in valet parking was pushing down on the button instead of doing it the right way, and he broke it new car and he broke the button to let up the window. My husband had to try and fix it himself, which he got the window to go back up and went to the room to order the part to fix his own window. I reported it to the front desk. They came and talk to us the boy apologize that was it didn’t offer us free parking or nothing. We still paid $50 for him to park our car and we don’t even know why he even let down the window in the first place

The “N” in NOPSI stands for New Orleans
Unfortunately, check in was a bit rough to say the least. However, as a someone who has worked in the hotel industry I refuse to mention the hotel employee’s name. Why? Because as someone who has worked in the hospitality industry I remember how difficult that job can be. So I would rather focus on the positives of my stay. What I would like to tell you about was how the young lady (only female who works the Front Desk employee) forgot to get her name, at this property made a lifetime loyal guest out of me. 1. She took the time to explain to me that the man checking us in was new. 2. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. 3. Her guest services far surpassed our expectations. 4. Unfortunately, the only negative thing of our stay was that the cable tv did not work. 5. A very nice man from engineering came to the room and apologized after he too was unable to activate the cable. 6. The pool bar staff, the lobby bar staff and your hotel restaurant staff were all on point from the warm welcome, perfectly mixed cocktails and genuine guest service. My suite was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the suite was quiet.

We stayed here when Taylor Swift was in town. We booked about a year in advance and they were one of the few places that did not cancel reservations and raise prices. Once we got there all staff were friendly and knowledgeable. whole hotel was clean and room was huge. Could not be happier with our stay and will always stay here every time we are in town. Thank you to the staff for making our experience something to remember.

We travel Yo NOLA often. This is our favorite hotel. Very friendly staff. Two beautiful bars with one being rooftop. The rooms are large and the bathrooms are huge for New Orleans. Centrally located so easy to walk to wherever you’re going.

We came for night one of Taylor Swift concerts - and it was the perfect location. Easy to walk to the French Quarter and the Superdome. The staff were all so friendly and our room was amazing!

Overall, our stay at NOPSI was excellent. The room was modern, comfortable, and spacious. Most of the staff went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. The only exception was the bartender at their main restaurant who barely gave any eye contact and could hardly be bothered to order a cocktail. Other than that, would definitely stay here again.
