Paying $20 a day to park at the hotel your staying at is absurd. If your staying at the hotel, it should be free. The front desk staff gave a strong 'Im better than you' attitude. Along with not letting Door Dash come to my room was insane! I pay Door Dash to bring me my food/items for a reason. I dont want to have to leave my room! I will never stay here again.

Large Rooms, clean and beautiful lobby. Carpet in the main hall needs to be replaced, the whole decor overall in the rooms is dated and needs a refresh. Convenient location to NOLA and lots of dining options nearby. Bathrooms really need an update as well. Overall, for the price im satisfied and would stay there again.

I liked the easy in and out, i was going to a concert at UNO and this was perfect, i live in Ponchatoula and all i wanted was to go to the concert, stay the night and go home, this room is probably in the top 3 I've ever stayed in, i wish it had at least a small refrigerator but other than that the room was emaculate, clean, big, with a beautiful view of the lake. Wish parking was included but the 15 for a whole night wasn't bad... really enjoyed it...

Not what I was wxpfrom a Marriott Hotel. Only 250ml of water between us, only 1 normal tea bag, toilet flush letting water into cistern all night so couldn’t sleep….. pillows were about 10 years old and flat. Breakfast was a disaster and the cleaner was entering the room without knowcking before we had checked out and I. The room. Carpets were filthy as weee the corridor carpets which were also bubbling in places.

The evening desk clerk was truly amazing. She went above and beyond to assure me of my fear of elevator would be ok. She rode with me and held a conversation with me until I was walking out of the elevator 🙏♥️♥️

My stay was one of the most memorable things I have seen. When checked in my mom’s room was not blocked due to her fear of elevator. Kim, the desk clerk went above and beyond the call of duty. First she gained my mom’s trust and then she accompany my mom on the elevator to the 11th floor. WOW, my mom was able too get in and out of the elevator afterwards. Thank you Kim for doing an amazing job

Good hotel- great location - fabulous service

The service from valet to front desk to restaurant and housekeeping was amazing!! Could use an update. Carpet bubbling and doors are heavy and loud. We had no hot water and the refrigerator we requested did not work. Amazing location and easy to get to. Overall a good stay if you don’t mind Luke warm showers.
