The staff were all excellent. They were all nice and help make my wife's birthday special.. We even shared birthday cake with them. Would gladly stay here every time we're in New Orleans.

Great for a laid-back getaway, not right in the French quarter so perfect for people who don't want the noise and craziness. Room felt oversized and well appointed. The star of the hotel is the restaurant in my opinion, had 3 meals there and each one was more delicious than the last! Bummed that there was no pool.

Decent hotel, check the bathrooms for cleanliness
Overall the staff was friendly, and great, the room itself was decent, but the bathroom was disgusting. I hardly wanted to shower in it. There was crust and water stains that had not been cleaned I emailed the property after my stay and sent these pictures and did not hear a response. The hallways were also dirty with dark spots on the wall etc. The friendliness of the staff made up for the shortcomings. But for an Omni hotel I was disappointed with the cleanliness
