Perfect for Mardi Gras Charming 1-bedroom suite on St Charles in Garden District

Nestled in the Garden District of New Orleans. Great location to enjoy the Mardi Gras parade which passes right in front of the Resort. The unit is located at the Worldmark Avenue Plaza Resort. This 1-bedroom/1 bathroom suite is perfect for your escape to the vibrant city. The kitchenette comes with dishes, microwave, stove top (no oven) and refrigerator. The bedroom features a cozy queen bed, and the living room offers an additional space with a comfy sofa bed. Located on the property are shared laundry facilities, fitness center, computer with Internet, an outdoor hot tub, outdoor pool and a roof top deck. You really don't need your own vehicle since the resort is located on the trolley line. If you do choose to bring a vehicle there is valet parking for $50.60 per night at the resort. Concierge Services located in the lobby will be available to answer any questions while you stay at the Avenue Plaza. The Garden District just outside the front door is a great place to explore and discover beautiful architecture and historical places.
