I checked in on Halloween day. This was a package with Expedia and I thought because it was a Ramada affiliate. It would be a lot more safe and clean than it was. The door looked like it got kicked in the lamps on our nightstands were rusted and did not work as well as only one working outlet in the entire room, which was in the bathroom and the Wi-Fi kept coming in and out. I checked in at 10 AM and I checked out at 10:45 AM and the front desk automatically knew and they just didn’t argue with me about it. And I got a full refund. It is not a safe place to be and if you look at the Google reviews, you will see what I’m talking about.

The place is very clean. The price is very right. The staff could’ve been more helpful and friendly. There was zero breakfast. It was like Cheerios really bad coffee and a couple donuts.

Outlets on wall were either broken or plates missing. Did not use for fear of shorting out. Bed needs replaced. Mattress broken. No hot water, barely warm. Breakfast was a joke. Some sausage links that weren't warm, bread to toast, and waffles. You get what you pay for.

Our hotel key didn’t work… staff had to manually unlock it with a key so we couldn’t come and go. No toilet paper holder, it was completely broken. Entire room smelled like marijuana smoke

The hotel name did not match the sign i drove around trying to find a Ramada. The sign was Hotel 10 and not lit up. Once i went in they had the reservation and paerwork was ramada.

This property had patched walls, no shower curtain, an handicap chair in the shower stall. There was also popcorn ceiling. It needs to close down. I stayed 20 minutes - long enough to book another hotel and left.
