Very unsatisfiable rooms
Bed was just a box spring mattress. (Very hard and uncomfortable) The bathroom door would not close fully. Microwave in the room did not work. The room was clean but even though I requested a non-smoking room it smelled like someone had been smoking weed inside the room. I had to get a can of fabreeze to rid the room of the smell.

Horrible and disgusting
Horrible stay if u have better options I would recommend avoiding this place not suitable for kids very dirty. The hallway was smelling bad very very bad very unhygienic. U wouldnot even find a paper napkin. If I had known the conditions I would have rather slept in my car then sleep in this hotel.

The room is definitely needed to be updated with the bedding and the furniture. The bathroom tub was not acceptable and I would say the whole red roof and would need a good paint job inside and out of the rooms.

We got charged $1000 for about three nights and this hotel was so dirty. We couldn’t even take a shower I wish I could post the pictures and the videos I have, horrible! a lizard came out of a hole in the bathroom . There was pubic hair in the tub. The tub had dirty stains. There was roaches in the AC unit. The curtains had stains, I don’t know what it was. The comforter had burns in it,the floor was filthy and the fridge was filthy as well just to summarize oh and the guy next room to us was very creepy to my wife… negative 10 review.

The pictures were nothing what the inn was like in real life. There was multiple holes in the walls. Stank of cigarettes despite it being a non smoking room. Safety lock was torn off the door. Toilet was dirty and stained as well as it not having a proper lid on top. Lack of towels. Felt very unsafe and dirty.

Deplorable!
If I could have given a zero, I would have. Black mold in the shower (we bought flip-flops the wear in the shower), floors were filthy, no amenities offered and very little basics (only a bar of soap and 2 towels), fridge didn’t work. Noise from nearby bar was bad and the walls were so thin, you could hear anyone that walked by. A/C unit worked, but was so loud when it went on and off, we couldn’t sleep. Only reason we stayed, was because it was Taylor Swift weekend and there were no affordable options available (we were up until 3 am looking and would have left on the spot for the remaining 2 days we needed to stay if we could have found something). This was honestly the most deplorable place I’ve ever seen - can’t imagine how it hasn’t been shut down or at least cited by the health dept.

As soon as we got to our designated room, which we paid $280 for, for one night, the magnetic key card had to be swiped 6 or 7 times before it would register and the door would unlock. Once we were in the room, we were assaulted by the scent of cigarette smoke and mildew. The stench was so strong that it was hard to breathe. As we looked around the room we noticed that the bed sheets, pillow cases, and pillows themselves looked absolutley disgusting and stained. The bathroom was in a similar state. The toilet and bathtub both looked as though they had never been cleaned and there were multiple bugs seen on the floor. We immediately packed everything back up and went to the front office. As soon as we walked in, we let the person at the front desk know that we wouldnt be staying there and his response was, directly quoted, "okay, i understand, you're from out of town, i will give you your money back," without even asking why we were choosing to leave. This is a very common occurrence given the reaction of the clerk... while we did get our money back, for which we are grateful, i have no idea how they are allowed to run this place the way that it is. It was absolutlet filthy and exhorbently priced. We chose to drive 13 hours straight through the night back home instead of staying.

DONT COME HERE! THE PHOTOS ARE FAKE.
We didn’t make it one night. Our first sign to leave was right before we checked in. We waited in line to check in and the lady in front of us was demanding her money back due to her room being dirty, not cleaned, and just unorganized, yet they rudely denied her and she left upset (After our “stay” we agree she should get her money back). After entering our room we understood the lady’s frustration. Floor was obviously dirty, our door/lock was obviously hanging by a thread, tv was broken, our a/c was not working properly and when asked to switch rooms or at least have someone look at it, the front desk rudely denied us, and lastly the bathroom was just overall DISGUSTING. We live 10 hours away from NOLA and went for a pretty popular concert and almost every hotel was fully booked or charging an arm and leg to stay one night. This room was just not livable, after the concert we packed up our things and decided to get a hotel at our halfway point AND IT WAS WAY BETTER. Stay as far away from this place. Not worth it. I would recommend sleeping in your car rather than this place.

This hotel was uninhabitable. There was black mold on the ceiling as big as the queen bed in the room. The sheets were filthy. Mold and filth in the bathroom. Floors were dirty. We stood in the room enough to book another hotel and left.

This is the dirtiest motel I have ever witnessed. The bathtub was filthy, the phone had the cord cut, the TV was broken. We had no choice, the swifties were in town and this was the only one available. If you like pimps, meth heads and rats then this one's for you.

Worst Stay of My Life
Our stay at the Red Roof Inn was far from pleasant. On arrival, we couldn’t get out door to open or lock without having to practically kick it down. When first entering the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke, gnats flying around and didn’t have a working headlamp above the left bed. The light in the restroom as well as the fan. The sheets of the beds were stained in a weird black dots and the pillows stunk of cigarette smoke as well. After having to find blankets and pillows, we stayed the night, we woke up to roaches on the desk and dressers. After that we packed our things and left. This has been by far the worst stay I have ever experienced. And the photos advertised do not match the hotel I stayed in at all.
