Located very conveniently near Canal St and within walking distance of the French Quarter. The hotel itself is clean, staff are helpful, but the environment around the hotel left much to be desired. Lots of indigent population, would hesitate to walk alone at night as a woman.

Came into town for the Taylor swift concert- lucked into a room on the top floor- but the right next to the elevator shaft. It was nice cuz we were in a corner, so my daughter could be a little loud and I didn’t feel so bad, but definitely could hear the elevator and some hallway noise. Nothing a little white noise couldn’t fix. The room was comfortable- bed so soft and bathroom well appointed and clean with great water pressure. Gym has a peloton bike- needs new bearings though. Also need workout mats in the gym. But it was otherwise clean and not too crowded.

Nice hotel and quality staff, but gouge pricing on Taylor Swift weekend. Insufficient elevator capacity. Lack of coffee maker in the room was very disappointing, especially at premium rate.
