I would highly recommend this property. It is a safe alternative to downtown New Orleans with free parking, friendly staff, clean rooms, and a good breakfast, and it is locally owned. It’s only about a 15 min drive from downtown to the property, and the price is a fraction of what you would pay. With that being said, it is an older property, so you should keep that in mind.

Booked this property for the Taylor Swift concert 1 year in advance but couldn't have been more happy with the decision. Friendly staff, clean rooms and a wonderful breakfast buffet. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

This place is nasty and noisy. Don’t allow your healthy, non drug user family member to stay here. The staff couldn’t care any less about your concerns and are very dismissive. You will be at least half an hour from anywhere.

I stayed for a week. I was an Englishman on vacation. This was a friendly good value motel. Located 20 mins by car from downtown NOLA. There were plenty of eating opportunities around. Loved the LA23 bbq particularly. There is a clean pool on site which I used 3 times. I’ve and drinks in the corridor. Room cleaning is by agreement. Bed was good. Breakfast was very above average for this price point about 15 options on a self service basis. Staff were all very helpful. So I overalll highly recommend for value and experience.
