I booked a 4 night stay from Thursday- Monday. First time out in New Orleans. Booked this place based on area near Bourbon Street. Hotel was decent nothing fancy but clean. Problem was no hot water for days & fire alarm malfunctioning going off all night until early morning! Runied our stay

Overall, nice location if you want to do the whole New Orleans thing. We only needed it to sleep while we visited family and it was very loud, even from the 6th floor. The outside noises kept waking me up. The hotel and rooms could use a cosmetic refresh but it did the job.

The lobby, hallway, room were all super clean! Staff was extremely helpful and sweet. Loved the location as it was walkable to the French Quarter but on the edge where it wasn’t loud and rowdy at all hours of the night. Would recommend and stay here again!

Such a cute hotel! Right by the French quarter so walking is easy. The street car is right out front, tons of shopping and dining around. The valet is pricey for what it is but that’s just how it be these days. Staff was kind and helpful
