TV had a black band across picture. Host was helpful and changed into a new room. That tv would not hook to internet service. Had to get service desk to come up again and use the TV remote they keep downstairs to change input to HDMI2. Was able to get channels until we turned tv off, then once again couldn’t hook to internet service. Breakfast was good. Not enough chairs. Two chairs per table and other families pulled those to their table and left three tables without chairs.!only had a few tables to start with. Ice machine out of service down stairs. Card reader services down on vending machines. Had to use cash. $3 for a 16 oz coke. Easy check out.

I stayed in room 301 for two nights and bathroom tub didn’t look clean, and toilet sits to low. The phone wasn’t working I fixed the refrigerator, and I also had roaches in my room. I think they should accommodate me with something.

Room did not meet the expectations at all that the pictures posted represent when booking this hotel. Mold and mildew smell could not be photographed. However we took pictures of the conditions of the room. Left after one night and had to find a hotel for the remaining two nights. Manger did not want to help us with the early checkout of stay. Fighting to get a refund on the two unused nights.

The beds were very comfortable. The room is just in need of a little bit of a facelift. And there was a problem with people smoking in the hallways. The smell crept into our room. Luckily I brought air freshener. I won’t say what they were smoking, but it definitely was not tobacco. In all fairness, we did not complain to the management because we were only staying one night.

Terrible from the start
First there was no parking, but not because every spot was full but because many many care were taking uo 2 spots. We parked down the street. Waited for 30 min at the front desk ... no one was there. I actually peeked behind the counter to make sure the attendant didnt have a medical emergency or worse. Finally he showed up. I get checked in, my entire floor smelled like Marijuana and was in disrepair. We get to the room, the bedding was stained, 2 lights didnt work, paint was peeling off the walls and the bathtub would not turn off. Being as it was our only option we stayed. In hindsight i wish i would have slept in the truck or just went home, because we woke up with a terrible headache, completely stuffed up. Overall avoid this property, youd be just as well off getting a 30 dollar room somewhere.

TERRIBLE
Terrible hotel. Carpet was filthy, bathroom shower dripped all the time. Hinges on bathroom door were so rusted the door wouldn’t shut. No blankets for the foldout so they gave us extra sheets and told us to layer them all and that should be warm enough. Thought the shower curtain wasn’t closed but the water was actually coming out from under the tub. Staff was nice but don’t waste your money.

Aweful!!!
The bathroom sink leaked water all over bathroom floor had to put towels down to soak it up. I had to turn off the water to sink. Tried to call front desk but phone wasn’t working and I was already dressed for bed the tv was messed up you could watch it with a red line down the middle! When I said something to front desk the next morning they just said ok. I had to brush my teeth in the bathtub!

Some amenities were malfunctioning, missing boarders, ugly wall patch work, rusted bathtub drain, and mildew odors. A decent place, but the price point for what is presented is too expensive! Ownership should take the profits and place it back into the direly needed maintenance, repairs, and cosmetic beautifications.
