It was nice and enjoyable, but it is next door to what appear to be a homeless shelter. After we were there for a couple of hours I was ok with the environment, which is why I said that "time to adjust there." If I went back today immediately I would be good with the hotel and the location.

The Property itself was great as far as upkeep and location Reserved a King Bed room Got one with 2 beds Let the front desk know 3 times Said only the Manager could do anything. Asked gain to Sunday for the manager, again they said she/he would call us. Nothing Paid to valet our car $45 per night Saturday our car sat on the street all night and into Sunday afternoon.

I found a baby roach in the bathroom on my last night. I noticed mole in the bathroom shower. I requested an upgrade for my room. I was unable to get an upgraded room. The hotel advertised a bar/restaurant in the hotel. The bar/restaurant was closed down. There are homeless people sleeping right outside the hotel.

Enjoyed having a full size fridge in the room. Kitchenette is a really nice plus, just didn't get to take advantage in my two day stay. Clean bathroom and bedding. Staff was very nice. Definitely would stay here again, especially with the convenient location!

We had a wonderful stay at this centrally located hotel. It was clean, staff was super nice and attentive. Our room was fantastic! It was large enough for our family. Plus, the beds were super comfortable!!

The room type I reserved was not available at check-in and the room I received instead was sub-par. I wasted half a day the next day waiting for the room I reserved to be cleaned and available to me. I was given a run-around when I wanted to speak to the manager and never was able to connect with her over my 4 day stay.

Comfortable stay
The breakfast was good although when they ran out of eggs (both mornings) it took 15 minutes to get more. The beds were very comfortable but the furniture in the LR and dining area was not at all. They were quite accommodating to give us more towels and coffee packets. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it when we put ours in to run on departure.
