Arrived at 3:15 to check in. Room was not ready until 3:50 causing us to be late to event. No ice machine on second floor or I could not find and had to go to first floor for it.

Overall, the hotel's atmosphere may not be ideal for families. During our stay, we encountered a strong smell of marijuana in the hallways and even in our room. Although the room itself was quiet and comfortable, the service fell short. The front desk staff seemed unfriendly, and we received attitude when requesting additional towels, as we were only provided three for our family of five. The staff claimed they had run out. Furthermore, when we asked for an extra blanket for our kids, we were given a wrinkled item that appeared to have just come out of the dryer.

The check in and room was excellent. AC worked very good. Breakfast could definitely use some attention, as they ran out of food both days we were there and were very slow to restock if they did at all.
