The property is old and outdated, the manager sucks my window was broken she didnt even want to change my room, supposedly we had free breakfast or breakfast vouchers which were none existent when i asked rhe staff about it, they have a lot of hidden fees when i checked in i have 2 charges on my receipt that says misc and there each $125 so $250 total on top of paying a fee for us to have wristbands i had the DND sign on my door and they still sent someone to my room i will never book here again. Even after talking to the manager she did not care what type of services she ptovided the rest of the staff was pretty friendly but also couldn't help with ANYTHING if you had any questions

We stayed here December 25th to 30th. Beautiful hotel and really in the center of it all. We recommend walking just off bourbon street where you will find great bars, food and shops that are a little more quieter and neighborhood feel. Its a short walk to 400 toulousse where you can take some amazing tours (recommend city view and cemetery with harris). We will definitely return.

Really unprofessional Front Desk. Couldn't get fresh towels, it took 2 hrs to get some, had to walk downstairs in pajamas to get some. Tub was out dated and clogged. Only good thing was the friendly efficient valet parking.

The property was very well kept and rooms were spacious and beautiful! Everything was wonderful! I will only stay here in the future! I stayed one night and had a reservation right after at the Omni Royal for 4 days and was so disappointed with the Omni Royal vs. Royal Sonesta! Royal Sonesta is leaps and bounds better, in every way!
