The Saint is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The decor is unique, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is impeccable. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

There was a blackout screen on the window and no light could get through. It looked like night when it should've been sunny. And the ceiling was painted dark blue. Not a good idea if you dont have any working windows

Great for business, not so much for leisure.
The hotel was great for being next to the Waldorf Astoria where I had a conference. Nothing to write home about. It could have been a tad bit cleaner and the gym could have been bigger. If I would stay in New Orleans again for leisure I'd likely look else where closer to the garden district.

The Saint
My stay was exceptionally wonderful. The customer service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and smelled clean. Housekeeping made sure all our needs were met. I have no complaints about my stay and will definitely stay there again.
