Was expecting a larger pool on the rooftop but that is my only minor complaint, the property was beautiful with comfortable beds, gorgeous decor and incredibly friendly staff from reception to bar to restaurant staff, everyone made me feel special. Thanks Virgin!

I definitely loved the boutique feel of the airport. My room was nice and clean and I appreciated the decor. My only recommendation would be to either have a bigger fridge vs the mini, so that guests can store food if they have leftovers. The fridge was filled with mini bar stuff, with no place to put our own food. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice stay.

Such an amazing and unique stay. Our chambers were beautiful and comfortable. The lobby and restaurant were fabulous. The staff were friendly, especially the restaurant manager who provided us with many great recommendations. The pool was small but perfect for a hot day. The hotel is just far enough away from the touristy areas to be walkable but not busy. There’s also a supermarket not even a 5 min walk away. Great stay!

Pros: Friendly staff especially valet!! Rooms were very clean. The hotel was quiet and was walking distance to Canal, Bourbon and The French Quarter. Cons: Valet parking was $55 per day along with a $27 amenities fee regardless if you used them or not.
