Rooms are very thoughtfully designed even though they are not large. Great gym and beautiful spaces to have drinks and relax. Being a luxury hotel I would have appreciated better staffing and service hours for the first floor and rooftop bar; the space for check-in lobby is too small and was quite crowded when we arrived. However all of the staff were very nice and the housekeeping services were excellent. Would stay again!

I planned this trip with my brother, i wanted somewhere nice to stay. We stayed at the Virgin Hotel in Nashville and really enjoyed it. So i decided to book a room at this hotel and im a huge Mariah Carey fan so when i found out her pop up bar was at the Virgin Hotel that sealed the deal for me. The front dest attendants to the valet personnel were all very nice and helpful. The room were nicely decorated, not the biggest room but it did the job.
