The customer service from the check-in, Valet employee, and the rooftop bar employee were absolutely terrible. I was asking questions about the drink menu at the rooftop bar and after my 2nd question the employee looked at me and asked “Are you f-ing with me??” Who says that to a guest? Then my boyfriend asked if he could order something not on the menu as far as an alcoholic drink and he replied “This is a f-ing bar right?” I’m disgusted. The valet never said one word to us. We tried to give her a tip but she walked away and rolled her eyes not even handing us the keys. I will never stay at a virgin hotel ever. Absolutely horrible.

Always a good stay at the Virgin. Great staff, attentive, feels very safe. In the CBD, so a little bit from dining, etc., but easy to take a Lyft from and easy to walk to the Quarter, 15 min. Construction at the end of the block, never heard it from inside. Air is a little dry in the hotel, but free clean water in the lobby and gym. Ridiculously good price for the quality.
