Overall enjoyed my stay and would stay again. Amazing location and surprisingly quiet for being right outside of the French Quarter and Canal St. Great staff—very helpful. Cool retro spacious building with internal open air space in the middle of the building. Has a decent gym, elevators, stairs. Plenty of hot water for showers.

The hotel was nice and in a great spot between the stadium and bourbon st. They accommodated me with rooms next to each other. If I had one negative, it would be that it took over a week to refund my incidental hold on my credit card. But still a good stay.

Good location. Only a few blocks from Bourbon street and less than a mile to the French quarter. Bathroom could have been cleaner, but overall a nice hotel.

Room was not cleaned properly there was hair in the bathtub, lotion splatter by the coffee Maschine and the sofa chair had white stuff on it. I always bring my own cleaning supplies when staying in a hotel so it wasn’t too bad. We stayed 4 days room service did not come by for the 4 days but I expected that from previous reviews I read, when we needed towels or toilet tissues we just went downstairs to ask for it no big deal. Location was wonderful we walked to everywhere we needed to be

The 1st night we were there we found 2 large roaches in the bathroom sink, paint was chipping off of the ceiling and the sheets on the bed had what looked like either blood or chocolate stains. We informed the front desk the next morning as well as taking them the critters. They did not even apologize and only offered to have our room inspected. We asked if we could move to another room but couldn't forget that they have roaches roaming around this property. I don't how you allow people to stay here when there is clearly a roach problem which is a health issue.

The hotel is nice and clean and staff is wonderful. We were close to everything. The only issue is, the bathroom door wouldn’t shut. The entrance door to your room had a 1 inch gap. Anything could crawl under it but we put a towel there at night when we slept. The pillows are not soft at all. Overall it was a great stay for 4 nights
