Great location, walking distance to many attractions. Safe, clean, although dated. One item that we didn’t notice when booking, many of the rooms don’t have exterior windows, we did change rooms to get an outside window. But if you like a dark room this hotel so for you

Sink clogged when checked into room. Took over hour to get switched to new room. Lobby and halls are hot and muggy, no air. Rooms had ac. Parking….omg, the parking. Very narrow entry underground, you enter and exit through the same lane and you pay to park. Low clearance and compact space.

The hotel was exactly as pictured and the location was 2 blocks from the Bourbon St. I booked this hotel for my family trip because we stayed a day longer than my Airbnb and it served its purpose. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Very noisy in the hotel at late hours when people are sleeping. Room’s very not the cleanest, door lock appeared to have been busted in before and then reattached. Had to wait a very long time at the front desk to get anything. Paid them to ship my suit jacket back home after leaving it there, I was billed for it, but they never sent me tracking information, told me it was shipped nothing, now 3 months later I am down a suit jacket because they kept it.
