The place was beautiful . Staff were great . My only complaint was I booked two rooms under the same name and reservation number and they placed us on opposite end of the building on different floors. When questioned I was told I had to request them to be close and no offer was made to change it. Fortunately this was for adults , but would not have been good if it was for a family with needing two rooms for children

Most or all of the rooms have a balcony with a peaceful view of the countryside. The pool was as pictured and very nice. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff was helpful and very friendly

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Only thing that took us by surprise was how many businesses were closed on Sunday (we were reminded that we were in Amish country). I completely respect the decision to take a day of rest, but it did make it challenging as we were completely unprepared. The upside was that we found a wonderful restaurant in Millersburg at the Hotel Millersburg. Absolutely amazing food! That being said, this hotel is quickly becoming a favorite in my family!

Nice clean big room, with separate bath and vanity area. King bed and pillows were comfy. Staff, very friendly, personable and helpful. The hotel is awesome! HUGE open hallways. Chairs and love seats everywhere. Very homey feeling. The 2nd floor common area, with piano, is open and inviting. The morning breakfast was very good too. Two types of scrambled eggs were very tasty. Make your own waffles, pastries, cereals and the standard morning drinks.
