Overall the place was okay. Several necessities to clean were not available but the owner dropped off a few things. I was disappointed that I could not leave the property without taking my pets. There was no mention on renting the place that was a rule. Especially since the place had the fenced in yard.

Good deal
The place could use a few upgrades (it had a short shower and deep tub, for example), but was more than adequate for the price. My dog enjoyed the large yard that was securely fenced. I appreciate that the owner didn’t have a thousand stupid rules about the dog and that they were prompt and helpful in their communication.
